Md Monirul Islam

Md Monirul Islam is a PhD candidate in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Iowa State University. He is currently working on the synthesis and assembly of DNA origami templated gold meta-atoms for the fabrication of optical metamaterials. He is also interested in developing surface fabrication, analysis, and characterization tools to create nanostructured surfaces for applications in optics.
