John Schreffler, PhD, is a group leader at Morphotek, Inc. in Exton, PA, a subsidiary of Eisai, Inc. John leads the purification development and manufacturing support efforts for all monoclonal antibody purification processes at Morphotek. John recieved his PhD from The State University of New York, The University at Albany, where his research focused on the genetics of drugs of addiction. Matthew Bailley is a process development scientist at EMD Millipore, whose responsibility is to work with customers to demonstrate feasibility and to optimize EMD Millipore products in their early phase biologics processes. Prior to coming to EMD Millipore, he spent over six years at Centocor R&D in the process development group, working on bioreactor and purification projects ranging from clone selection through validation. Matt holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. in Biological Sciences from Drexel University.
