Mark Karrs Olefins Technology, Fired Equipment Specialist Mark Karrs has over 35 years of experience executing basic process planning and design work, fixed equipment engineering and operations troubleshooting for Refinery and Petrochemical plants for a major EPC contractor. He has extensive experience in the areas of reactor design, cracking furnace design, distillation and refrigeration thermodynamics. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. He is Becht Engineering’s representative on the Maintenance & Reliability Subcommittee of the Ethylene Producers Committee of AIChE.
