M. R. Riazi

M. R. Riazi (www.RiaziM.com) is currently a professor of Chemical Engineering at Kuwait University. He was previously an Assistant Professor at Pennsylvania State University where he also received his MSc & PhD degrees. He was also Visiting Scholar/Faculty at the following universities: Trondheim (Norway), Wright State, Illinois, McGill, Waterloo, Sharif & Texas at Austin. He has more than 140 publications including three books in the areas of petroleum and chemical technology. He has presented more than 100 lectures/short courses in North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia as well invited discussion leader at World Economic Forum. He is the founding editor of International Journal of Oil, Gas and Coal Technology (IJOGCT) as well as an Associate Editor of Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering. He has received a Diploma of Honor from National (American) Petroleum Engineering Society and is a Fellow of AIChE.
