Logan Piegols

Logan is a PhD candidate at the University of Michigan. His research topics focus on the in vitro modelling of vascular and blood diseases through blood cell modification and 3D printed vascular geometries. Previously, he attended Michigan Technological University for his BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Polymer Science and Engineering. As a first generation-college student from rural Michigan, Logan strives to promote education at all levels through school outreach programs in the greater Detroit area and having worked in English language education programs for international graduate students for 4 years. In his free time Logan likes to hike, camp, and cook for his friends.
