Liang-Hsun Chen

Liang-Hsun (Liam) Chen received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University (NTU) in 2015. At NTU, he worked with Prof. Kuo-Lun Tung on membrane separations. Liam joined the Chemical Engineering Department at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2017, where he received a M.S.CEP in 2019 and is currently a Ph.D. candidate under the supervision of Prof. Patrick Doyle. His research focuses on using nanoemulsion and hydrogel technologies to develop more versatile drug delivery carriers and more efficient oral drug formulation methods.
