Larry Lepard

Larry Lepard, CPSA ERM Principal Consultant Larry has over 20 years of experience in environmental, health and safety management with a focus in development and implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Planning (RMP) programs. Larry has diverse experience in the chemical, consumer goods, specialty metals, automotive, oil & gas, pulp & paper, pharmaceutical and food/beverage industries. He is an expert with interpretation and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations (including 29 CFR 1910.119 and 40 CFR 68); implementing policies and procedures to meet all federal, state and local requirements. Larry has worked in industry where his experience includes start-up and operation of manufacturing facilities, including training, program development, compliance and reporting of health, safety and environmental matters. During his tenure with ERM Larry has completed over 175 EHS and 140 PSM/RMP compliance audits. Larry is certified in Process Hazard Analysis facilitation and is a Certified Process Safety Auditor (CPSA).
