Kalyn Froeschle is a Research Scientist at the Dow Chemical Company. She began her career after earning her degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In her role as a Process Research and Development Engineer, she has designed and constructed lab systems to study complex production processes, evaluated new process technology, and championed implementation of process innovation. Time in manufacturing gave her insights into the challenges of change management and refined her understanding of manufacturing readiness for new process technology. The process technology she has helped develop and implement has resulted in safer and more efficient processes that have delivered value to Dow and to Dow’s customers.
