Julie Valentine

Julie Valentine first joined Emerson in 1993, and worked as the Refining Industry Marketing Manager for Micro Motion for 14 years, until 2007. She rejoined the Emerson Flow Group in 2015, again in a refining industry marketing role for the Emerson Flow Group, now responsible for all of Emerson’s flow technologies. Julie has authored numerous technical papers on various applications of flow technology in the refining industry, and is a co-inventor in two U.S. patents for Micro Motion. Julie is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado with a B.S. degree in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering. Before joining Emerson, she worked for UOP for 8 years, primarily in the technical services group, where she was involved in the commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting of UOP process units around the world.
