Gayle J. Gibson is a Fellow and retired from DuPont as head of Engineering at the end of 2017. In her 34 year career she held a variety of roles through which she implemented best practices in supply chain, manufacturing improvement, growth & innovation, product development and business processes. She was chief of staff for the Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of DuPont for 6 years driving operational improvements and facilitating leadership processes for the top 3 levels of the company. Gayle was on the Board of AquaMetals and NACME. She currently is a partner with Accordant Advisors. A certified Six Sigma Champion, Gayle holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the European University.
