Gaurav Deshmukh completed his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering at the Institute of Chemical Technology in Mumbai, India. He is now a PhD candidate in Prof. Jeff Greeley's group at Purdue University. His work involves the simulation of complex, multicomponent alloy catalysts using density functional theory and deep learning for electrochemical applications.
