David Jones

Mr. Jones is a process safety and QHSSE professional with 43 years of business and technical management experience serving the process industries, including 10 years in Process Engineering & Operations and 33 years in PSM and QHSSE Management. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida. He previously served as Global Director of HSSE for Cameron International and Director of HSSE for FMC Technologies Floating Systems Division. He also started up and managed five leading process safety, risk & reliability consultancies in the U.S. He specializes in designing, developing, implementing, reviewing and auditing process safety and QHSSE management systems, including: • Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) • Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • PSM Management Systems • Management System and Compliance Audits • Leadership & Culture, Organizational and Human Factors
