DAVID HATCH holds a BSc in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and has over 30 years of design, operating & consulting experience associated with major accident hazard facilities in highly regulated industries, including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, energy, and chemicals. He is a Senior AIChE Member, an IChemE Fellow, an IChemE Professional Process Safety Engineer, and a certified functional safety specialist with a focus on bowties and visual risk management methods.
