Christopher Balzer

Christopher Balzer is a PhD student in Chemical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology. Chris received a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University (2014-17) and a MPhil in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge (2017-18). His research uses field-theoretic approaches and liquid-state theory to study polyelectrolyte and electrolyte adsorption as well as polyelectrolyte-mediated surface interactions.
