Blaine Trafton

Blaine Trafton is a Biomanufacturing Engineer with over 6 years experience at EMD Millipore in the BSN organization. His current role includes supporting internal and external projects involving single-use technologies, mixing applications, process scale-up, and automated systems operations and support for Chromatography, TFF, and Clarification. Previous work has included depth and sterile filtration sizing and implementation, chromatography column packing and process development, and operation and scale-up of single use systems involving clarification, chromatography, virus, TFF, and UF/DF. Blaine is a 2007 graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
