Antonino Nicotra

Nino Nicotra received Master degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan (Italy) He started his career in Italy as an HSE engineer at Snamprogetti. In 2003 he joined Bechtel in London (UK) and later moved to Houston (TX) as the Global Chief of Process Safety Engineering. Nino has worked on a countless number of major capital projects and has gained experience in all aspects of Fire Protection Engineering, Process Safety Management, Reliability Studies, Human Factors Engineering and Safety Case. He is a technical committee member of the NFPA 59A Standard for the Production, Storage, and Handling of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). In 2021 Nino was elected as a Bechtel Distinguished Technical Specialist in Process Safety Engineering.
