Amy Marshall

Amy Marshall is the Americas Air Quality Practice Leader for AECOM and is located in Raleigh, NC. She is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience providing air quality-related support to various clients. Amy has spent the last several years providing regulatory and technical support to trade associations such as AFPM, ACC, CIBO, AFPA, and others as they evaluate EPA air regulatory actions and prepare technical comments and impacts assessments. She is currently assisting ACC, AFPM, and member companies with addressing the Ethylene MACT ICR requirements and with providing information to EPA as they perform their risk and technology review. Amy is also working with trade associations to provide comments to the US chamber of commerce as part of the recent permitting streamlining initiative. Amy’s presentation will focus on regulatory challenges that are facing industry as a result of current and potential future EPA actions.
