A subsidiary of Industrial Tech Acquisitions II will take NEXT Renewable Fuels public through a merger that will assign the combined entity a $666 million valuation. NEXT Renewable Fuels, which is setting up a refinery in Oregon, uses organic material to make low-carbon fuels.
