
Nanomaterials critical in development of wearable sensors

Metallic nanowires, carbon nanotubes and nanofibers are among the nanomaterials used in wearable biomedical sensors such as bands and watches, researchers say. Further developments in nanofabrication, including the use of carbon nanotubes and graphene, are making the sensors more precise and efficient.
