BP and Chevron would supply a Yulong Petrochemical refinery in China's Shandong province under newly signed memorandum of understanding agreements, says Yulong Petrochemical, which is building the refinery and an ethylene complex. Commercial operation is expected to start by the end of next year, according to a Shandong government official.
