Rising Star for All, Upward Mobility: Advancing Your Career to the Next Level , is part of the AIChE® Doing A World of Good program to advance underrepresentation in engineering. The program for early to mid-career engineers utilizes best practices and leading research on behaviors to advance professional goals with a focus on upward mobility.

The Upward Mobility: Advancing Your Career to the Next Level course is timely, as professionals are increasingly navigating complex workplace dynamics and seeking to enhance their promotability. This workshop is designed to equip participants with practical skills and strategies for career advancement, making it essential for those aiming to elevate their performance and visibility in their current roles.
