Technically complex processes present many challenges during their life cycle. These challenges are often as multifaceted as the process itself and span both the technical and managerial realms. The keys to addressing these challenges include adaptability, technical rigor, and crossfunctional collaboration. The success of a project depends on individuals, teams, and business processes that can consistently deliver an optimal process on schedule. In this session, we will discuss and provide case studies of the obstacles overcome for products/projects across various industries, and review the key factors which have contributed to their successes.
