Study on Particle Concentration Distribution in a Dense-Phase Gas-Solid Separation Fluidized Bed

Dense-phase gas-solid fluidized bed is the most precise dry coal separation technology, which is of great significance in the field of coal preparation. However, due to the technical limitations, the research on the distribution of particle concentration in fluidized bed is still in the theoretical stage. In order to verify the existing theory about particle concentration distribution in gas-solid fluidized bed system, the accuracy of concentration distribution in dense gas-solid fluidized bed was tested by electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) method, and was compared with the theoretical model on particle concentration. By fitting the distribution rules of particle concentration, the existing model was modified, and a more suitable particle concentration distribution model of separation fluidized bed was obtained finally.
