(97c) Research and Application of Internet of Things Technology in Field Safety and Accident Prevention and Control

In order to improve the efficiency of on-site operation management and control of the risk of on-site operations, reduce the accident happens, Ningxia petrochemical company based on the intrinsically safe field operation handheld terminal, 4G communication network, Bluetooth positioning, GPS positioning and other Internet of things technology, aunified platform for the security management of internet of thingsincluding " Daily inspection and maintenance operations process risk control management system ", "Safety-oriented Inspection Management System", "Process Operation Control Management System" and "Accident Hazard Management System" have been developed for Site safety production. At present, the four systems have been successfully applied in Ningxia ,which effectively regulate the field operation process, improve staff safety awareness, reduce the accident occurred.
