Challenges will be encountered. The mark of a great team is how they work through adversity with keeping a positive approach to the overall goal. Handling the ever changing landscape and communicating the most up to date possible solutions to problems that arise is critical. Taking action and setting clear direction on effort is a skill that many less experienced industrial practitioners lack. The USA went through a period of 20 years without a large number of mega-projects and the current ramp up in this type of effort requires bold and confident leaders with the skill and experience to drive the projects to completion.
