Successfully Navigating Clean Air Act GHG Reporting and Permitting Requirements

Chemical plant and refinery operations represent compliance challenges from parallel implementation of Clean Air Act greenhouse gas permitting and reporting pursuant to the mandatory greenhouse gas reporting rule.  This presentation will review these challenges and potential enforcement risks in the context of current EPA policy and regulatory development.
