(54d) Avoiding Common Mistakes In Licensing Agreements and Other Technology Agreements

Startups are hotbeds for new ideas.  But they often have to collaborate with others to bring the new ideas to market. Collaboration often involves doing intellectual property deals for technology licensing, joint developments and more. The agreements for these deals could be with consultants, customers, universities, vendors and potential partners. If the agreements are not well structured and managed then opportunities and technology could be lost.  This presentation will explore common mistakes to help startups get the most from their valuable discoveries. Hopefully members of the audience willl share some of their experiences - good or bad.
