(11b) Reduction of CO2 Emissions in a Refinery

The CO2 Emissions from a refinery may be reduced in a variety of ways. This presentation will focus on methods to optimize Utilities and Offsites related equipment; both inside and outside the process unit battery limits. By reducing fuel fired in Utility Boilers, and CO2 production in other areas of the refinery, the total CO2 emission footprint will be reduced.
