Multi-Component Control in Power Generation

Chair(s):
Granite, E. J., US DOE NETL
Co-chair(s):
Pennline, H. W., U.S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory
Findle, P. M., National Energy Technology Laboratory

This session will focus on novel techniques that can remove one or more components (pollutants) from streams produced during the generation of power. Methods that can control multiple components are of interest in order to reduce the size, cost, and complexity of flue gas cleanup or fuel gas cleanup. Power generators can include pulverized-coal combustors and integrated gasification combined cycle systems.
