Traces of oil from the water condensate at the refineries uses the carbon filters to remove the traces of oil. Oil traces from the export crude and waste water is removed by batch & continuous dehydration. Using the combination of Water-Soluble Carbon Nanotubes & Self-Cleaning Titania Nanotube Hydrogen Sensors either traces of water from crude oil can be removed effectively than the available economically viable processes at present or the traces of oil from process wash water and from the condensates in the refinery.

Self-Cleaning Titania Nanotube Hydrogen Sensors can be used to clean the oil embedded by adsorption from the surface of the carbon charcoal. Thus continuous removal of oil traces from the oily water.

Self-Cleaning Titania Nanotube Hydrogen Sensors can be used to self clean the sample detectors in the instruments which are used to measure the traces of oil in water.
