MOF nanosheets show better performance than nanobulk in the mixed matrix membrane for gas separation due to their ease of dispersity and small dimension. However, as reported in the literature, MOF nanosheet preparation methods are few in number, difficult to execute, and of low yield. Microreactors can realize diffusion of two flows without being affected by external interference. In this work, interface will be created by a T-union microreactor in order to imitate the situation in the ‘interfacial method’. Particle size could be controlled by precise control of the mixing. Higher yield was realized because of the efficient diffusion provided by micromixing. The prepared nanosheets were used for catalysis of gas-liquid-solid reactions, and the results of using nanosheet or bulk were compared.
