Research Interests:

The combination of Ultrasonic treatment and Magnetic field applied to diesel oil can alter its characteristics in terms of forces that hold the hydrocarbons together. Consequently, a magnetization reactor was designed combined with ultrasonic treatment to improve the quality and change the property of turbid metamorphic diesel fuel.

Teaching Interests:

Based on the previous study of this experimental work, it was found that 50 mL of modified turbid diesel oil was pretreated with 20 kHz and 80 W power ultrasonic at room temperature for 2 min, and then clarified by 60 mT magnetic field under the temperature of 50 °C, and 800 r/min stirring speed for 10 min. The magnetic field distribution was simulated by ANSYS software and methylene blue dye channel ultrasonic sound field test were utilized to obtain design parameters of the combined magnetic/acoustic treatment of turbid diesel oil.
