Students volunteer to work on international projects for many different reasons. They take on many different roles in planning, design, execution, communications, project management, and research; and they each develop different skills, have different experiences and are impacted differently. Undergraduate students will discuss why they volunteered, what they have done, and what they have gotten out of this work professionally and personally.
