The basic oxygen furnace(BOF) steelmaking is a high-energy consumption industrial production process. In actual production, controlling temperature and carbon content at the end of process is of great significance. Thus, the literature on carbon content and temperature prediction is extensive. The works that Considering energy consumption of this process are scarce. In this paper, based on the mechanism, the system equation is established, and then set up a optimal control model, of which the deviation of temperature, carbon content, and energy consumption are considered. Finite difference method and Lasserre relaxation are used to transform the problem to Semidefinite programming(SDP), then solving this problem by ADMM algorithm. The model proposed in this paper is designed to accurately describe the relationship between the quality requirement of molten steel (temperature, carbon content) and the amount of materials, so as to make the production plan quickly and reduce the energy consumption as much as possible.
