Co-chair(s)

Nune, S., Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL)
Weimer, A., University Of Colorado

Contributions focusing on nanoparticles or nanostructured particles for energy applications such as fuel cells, solar cells, batteries, supercapacitors, water or air purification, etc. are sought. Topics covered in this session include the development of novel nanoparticulate materials for energy applications, synthesis routes, material characterization, the processing of nanoparticles/nanostructured particles for integration into devices (e.g. formation of films, agglomerates, pastes or slurries) as well as the performance in the targeted energy conversion or storage application. Applications using nano-coatings to improve performance are particularly encouraged.
