The flow field in micro filtration screening devices can be classified into the mesoscopic flow scale. The research points out the rule of the molecule migration and stochastic simulations in the mesoscopic flow field. In the aspect of molecule migration theory, based on the two fluid theory and dilute fluid theory, we use the perturbation method and Taylor expansion to get the mass transfer equation, momentum equation and constitutive equation. And then we get the stress tensor and concentration results. Besides, the effect of hydrodynamic interaction will be considered. In the stochastic simulations part, Brownian Dynamic Simulation Method and Stochastic Rotation Simulation Method will be used to get the simulation results about stress tensor and concentration to check the agreement with analytical results. Finally, the above methods will be used in the typical flow in micro filtration screening devices to set up the basic migration theory for working principle and process design.
