Process Development Innovations for Sustainable Food Production
Submissions are welcomed related to sustainable food and beverage process development and optimization. Submissions may include water and energy minimization in food and bioprocessing, beneficial re-use of biomass or biowaste (agriculture, food industry, etc.), improved methods for purification or separation, or other process development innovations that make food production safer, more efficient and/or more sustainable. Papers are also welcomed related to more sustainable approaches to ensure quality and safety. Papers from both academia and industry are encouraged.
Paper abstracts are public but to access Extended Abstracts, you must first purchase the conference proceedings.
