(380i) Financial Matters

Investors need to continually improve the overall margin of the pools of money that they collect as they sell their shares in a particular fund.  Entrepreneurs must present a series of commonly applied metrics and measures so that the financial independence of the investment can be compared to similar type ventures.  The range of investment metric targets are fluid and are interdependent upon the goals of the fund, the tolerance for risk and the measureable combination of the various metrics of the fund.  Most of the numbers presented prior to revenue and profit are estimates as to what will occur once operational systems are producing for the market.  The tolerance for the chaos that can de-rail the steady state march to profitability must be considered.
