Project Management consists of many principles, skills, and tools that are essential for a chemical engineer to be successful in today's project-oriented workplace.  This presentation will highlight the most essential principles, tools, and techniques.  Covered will be the three most important keys to successful project management, how to more effectively communicate and work with people, and how to develop effective project objectives and prioritize them.  Additionally, a brief overview of important planning tools will be provided.  This presentation is highly application oriented, and will be useful to all potential and practicing project managers.
