Poster Session: Sustainable Food Production Posters

Poster submissions are welcomed in areas related to sustainable food production, including enhanced upstream agricultural production; biotechnologies including metabolic engineering for producing lipids, nutrients, or proteins for food, feed or supplements; or submissions related to sustainable process development and optimization. in addition, submissions are welcomed related to the following areas: food safety, including incidence and transmission of food-borne disease and the use and over-use of antibiotics; local production, organic farming, and urban gardens; and functional foods, pro-biotics, and pre-biotics.
