The soil is very important for the development of productive activities. Food production is closely linked with the state of the soil. The contamination of this resource by hydrocarbon derivatives precludes land use and also represents a risk to the flora and fauna of an impacted site. In this study the degradation activity of a microbial consortium, with the addition of humic substances on contaminated soil with oil, diesel and phenol at microcosm level. Content of organic carbon, organic matter, pH, redox potential, humidity, carbon dioxide and liquid chromatography was analyzed. The process continued for a period of 5 weeks. An increase in the biodegradation of diesel and oil between 20 to 25 % was obtained, while for phenol  contaminated soil, adding humic substances did not show a significant increase.
