(351a) Turning the Big Idea into a Startup

When a university researcher or garage inventor is thinking about commercializing an invention, there are a number of early considerations that are not always obvious to first time technical entrepreneurs.   This talk will focus on some of the early stage commercialization decisions and how those decisions may impact the startup company potential later.   Some of the topics to be discussed include fundraising, teambuilding, and intellectual property management.
