Biophysical Behavior of Pharmaceutical Proteins in Processing, Storage and Delivery Environments II

Chair(s)

Przybycien, T. M., Carnegie Mellon University

Processing, storage and delivery can subject pharmaceutical proteins to physical and chemical stresses, decreasing biological activity. In this session we will explore both the biophysical characterization of pharmaceutical proteins in process-, storage- and delivery-relevant environments and processing-, formulation- and protein engineering-based manipulation of biophysical behavior to preserve biological activity in these environments.
