This session is in honor of TW Fraser Russell, who is the 2010 recipient of the WK Lewis Award. Papers dealing with innovations and improvements in teaching chemical engineering, as well as the training of current and future chemical engineering faculty are solicited. Of special interest are contributions that directly or indirectly reflect the contributions of Prof. TWF Russell to: textbook scholarship, innovative use of interactive media in undergraduate education, innovations in teaching undergraduate chemical engineers transport phenomena, teaching freshmen and non majors principles of chemical engineering, the mentoring and training of future chemical engineering faculty.
