EC application needs no chemical reagents so this is very important process for waste water treatment. Initial boron concentration in the reactor changes from lower to higher. According to this paper we can see properly the effect of different type of parameters on boron removal efficiency such as pH , time, temp., current density, distance b/w Al electrodes, changing electrolyte concentration, initial boron concentration. Effect of changing concentration of boron & electrolyte dosages on energy consumption. Analytical treatment of boron had been done by using of Cur-cumin method after that absorbance measured at 428 nm by spectrophotometer. Characterization of boron samples has been done by SEM, EDAX, and XRD. Concentration of boron taken at 50 mg/l to 250 mg/l. boron standard solution prepared synthetically of 500 mg/l. In the result of the boron removal efficiency reaches in optimum condition up to 94% and energy consumption varies inversely proportional to the initial boron concentration and concentration of electrolyte.
