The collaboration of CD4 and CD8 T cells are critical for the establishment of effective immune responses against a variety of diseases. In this study, we fabricate a series of multi-functional nanoparticles in order to shuttle antigen to both class I and class II antigen presentation pathways. We demonstrate the efficiency of class I and class II antigen presentation can be tuned through manipulating the composition of nanoparticles. By engaging both class I and class II antigen presentation pathway, we will be able to effectively coordinate both CD4 and CD8 T cells responses.
