We review the latest activities of the CAChE Molecular Modeling Task Force. In particular we present highlights of the 4th Foundations of Molecular Modeling and Simulation (FOMMS) conference, held in July 2009. Additionally we review the our latest progress in developing and assessing molecular simulation modules for use in education.
