The rise of digital era brought with it a number of possibilities for people networks. Staying in touch, friends, professional networks, volunteer groups, fan groups and many others are more connected than ever.

Theories proposed at the intersection of ideas, innovation and people networks over the last ten years take the stance that networks are conducive to idea generation and hence innovation. This presentation systematically discusses how organizations can tap into these digital networks and enhance their own capability towards innovation.
