Nanotechnology have been an important and interesting science because of its diversity of applications. One of the most impressive nanotechnology application is the growth of nanowires for electric circuits that provides greater performance and faster operation. By virtue of their size and structure of one-dimension, nanowires allow better control of quantum confinement effects that enables new functionalities and device components. The nanoporous materials are characterized for its ability to adsorb and the interaction with atoms ions and molecules on their large interior. There are a lot of nanomaterials that exhibit this behavior. The purpose of this research is to provide a template using VSB-5 as a nanomaterial for the growth of nanowires for electronical devices. VSB-5 is nanoporous material that shows a Redox behavior when it is used as templates for nanostructures. The VSB-5 was synthesized under these conditions: first, it was weighted approximately 3.053g of NiCl2 then was dissolved into 30mL of dionized water. To the mixture was added 2.0 mL H3PO4 plus 9.8g of 1,3 diaminopropane. The solution was processed at an autoclave batch reactor at 1800C for five days. After drying to a 1350 C the sample was taken for a characterization at the XRD.
