The bioreactor is at the heart of bioprocessing, determining the desired product selectivity and productivity, and the size and cost of upstream and downstream processing. The goal of this session is to present contributions that address new experimental and theoretical developments in bioreactor technology. Preference will be given to contributions with novelty, insight, and industrial relevance.
